RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

At Nila Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process.

 

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with all tags)
  • - Original packaging and all accessories must be included
  • - Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
  • - Return request must be made within 30 days of purchase

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • - Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use
  • - Wireless earbuds, headphones, and audio devices (once opened for safety/hygiene reasons)
  • - Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • - Final sale items
  • - Items without original tags or packaging

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  2. 2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. 3. Receive return shipping instructions and label
  4. 4. Ship the item back to us (prepaid shipping label will be provided)
  5. 5. Once received and inspected, refund will be processed

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return
  • - Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • - Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable unless the item is defective or wrong

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • - We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost
  • - Return shipping will be provided for defective items

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive the wrong item:

  • - We will arrange a replacement or refund with prepaid return shipping
  • - No additional charges will apply
